Foster Services

ESP focuses on foster care, committed to finding nurturing families for children affected by abuse, neglect, or separation. We prioritize personalized care, providing foster parents with extensive training and 24/7 support. Our efforts ensure sibling connections are maintained, and we aim to nurture confidence and hope in each child. We match foster placements carefully, based on the child's and family's needs, with foster parents undergoing detailed Home Studies, psychological evaluations, and continuous training in areas like trauma-informed care. Our dedication lies in offering ongoing support and education to foster families, ensuring every child receives the loving, skilled care and attention they need.

Adoption Services

ESP's adoption specialists are dedicated to securing permanent families for foster children once parental rights are terminated. We offer foster-to-adopt families comprehensive support, training, and round-the-clock assistance, paralleling our foster care and community-based services. We employ a careful matching process tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family. Our commitment to ensuring healthy, stable homes extends to ongoing education and support for adoptive families, guaranteeing every child the love and permanence of a forever home. 

Community-Based Services

ESP's Community-Based Services team delivers innovative, evidence-based family support programs, including therapeutic mentoring, parent coaching, supervised visitation, independent living services, and intact-family and resource-family casework. (OPE0073942)
